How do I sign up for water service?
Fill out a Utility Application and return it to City Hall via in-person, drop box, or email at cityhall@vmtx.us
A refundable $150 deposit is required for all services, as well as a $20 non-refundable service fee.

When will I be billed?
Bills are mailed on the first business day of the month.
When are payments due?
The 15th of the month. If payment is not received by the close of business on the 15th of the month a $25 late fee will be applied.

When will my trash be picked up?
The City of Valley Mills contracts with Frontier Waste Solutions and is picked up every Friday.
Customers do NOT need to provide their own trash cans.
Garbage cans should be placed at the curb no later that 7:00 am on Friday morning.
Bulk Trash is available for drop off behind City Hall with proof of residency at City Hall.

A $50.00 reconnect fee will then be added to your balance resulting
